Job seekers need to do everything they can to make their resume and professional image stand out. Even pre-covid writing a resume was tough; it takes a lot of time, energy, research, and formatting skills to create a quality resume and online professional image that sets a candidate apart. The process is fairly simple. Once you complete the contact form, you will receive an email within 24 hours to schedule a 30-minute virtual or phone consultation. This consultation will help us learn more about you, explain our process, and answer any questions you may have.

What to expect more in-depth:

1. Submit contact request for Primed Professionals.

2. Primed Professionals will contact you via email to schedule a 30-minute virtual or phone consultation.

3. Have a virtual or phone meeting to review your needs and select the best services or packages offered by Primed Professionals.

4. The invoice and contract agreement will be emailed within 24 hours after your initial consult. Complete contract agreement and make payment for the package selected.

5. Once payment is received Primed Professionals will email our required intake form to be completed. Complete the Primed Professionals intake form which will provide us with the necessary information to start your project. The project timeline commences once your intake form is received.

6. Depending on the package and services selected, expect a completed project within 1-3 weeks after submitting your intake form, unless otherwise specified.

7. Schedule project review meeting.

8. Revise and refine if needed.

You pay for your desired package after your initial consult and a decision is made on which package best suits your needs. You will receive an invoice from Primed Professionals via WIX and can pay by credit, debit, zell or pay pal.

The entire process from start to finish can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the package and how responsive you are to Primed Professionals communications. Project timelines are determined during the consultation and are only adjusted if the information or communications are delayed by the client.

Primed Professionals offers rush delivery for $199 extra, and will depend on availability. If you need a rush delivery within 48 hours, please let us know in your message request.

Many employers utilize applicant tracking software (ATS) to scan resumes and look for keywords that have been pre-programmed into the software. Employers are looking for keywords used in their job descriptions and on their company website. This is why we request that you include the job listing when completing the primed professionals intake form. We read provided job descriptions thoroughly and explore the company website to select specific keywords to be used in your resume. This includes a descriptive and relevant professional headline, summary of skills section, changes to your job titles, and changes to your professional accomplishments. If your resume  is “keyword rich” according to what the employer enters for their scanning technology, your resume will have a greater chance of getting to the top of the pile for review.
